There may be some shipping delays on online orders due to COVID-19 restrictions, and orders to the United States may also be effected by changes in the USPS.
We are an independently owned local boutique. We do not have separate inventories for in store and online purchases. Therefore, items that are purchased online may have been tried on in person by in-store customers. We have hardwood flooring in our storefront location, so merchandise with leather soles may have light scuffing on the soles. Light wear incurred through in-store trying on is not considered damage. We do our best to make sure all your purchases look their best and are packaged with care.
Shared inventory between our physical storefront location and online shop may also effect availability of product despite our best effort to accurately represent our inventory. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order.
We have a small inventory of product that is held in our storefront location. We do not have our own external warehouse of extra merchandise, so we do not always have multiples of a particular size in a particular product available for exchange. As we deal in largely handmade goods, all products are subject to slight variations.
$15.00 CAD flat shipping rate within Canada on orders under $200.00 CAD before taxes.
Free one-way shipping within Canada is offered on orders of $200.00 CAD or more.
We use Canada Post for all orders in Canada. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order unless otherwise stated.
We currently have a free curbside pickup option for local online orders to limit the number of people in our store at a time. Once your order is processed and ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification. We require local pick up orders to be picked up within 72 hours of notification. Our regular exchange policy applies to all pick up orders.
The Downtown Victoria Business Association (DVBA) is offering temporary free delivery via courier service to local shoppers for all downtown Victoria businesses. If you live in Victoria, Sidney, or Sooke, select DVBA Downtown Delivers for free shipping to your home.

We use Canada Post for all orders, which are then transferred to USPS upon entry to the United States. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order unless otherwise stated.
All orders to the United States are a final sale.
Orders to the United States may be subject to taxes and duties. These are entirely separate from shipping costs and are not the responsibility of Footloose Shoes.
Packages can be delayed at customs, although this is rare. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased online at footlooseshoes.com cannot be returned in store. To return an item purchased online, email [email protected] with your order reference number within seventy-two hours of purchase's arrival for approval and instructions. Fully priced items shipped within Canada can be approved for exchange or returned for store credit. Footloose Shoes does not offer refunds. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and non-creditable.
Curbside pickup orders are treated as in-store purchases and have the same exchange policy of ten days for in-store credit or exchange.
All orders to the United States are final sale.
Discounted or promotional products are final sale.
Hats, earrings, and socks are not eligible for return.
To be valid for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be purchased at full price, received within seventy-two hours of return initiation, in original packaging, and unworn in original condition.

**Holiday gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit with a gift receipt until January 10th, 2021. Gifts must be with their gift receipt as proof of purchase, regularly priced (sale items are final sale), in original packaging, and unworn in original condition. .
